The Company was established in 2001, with its corporate office in the city of Chennai, founded by Mr. B. Devanand. His Dynamism, Sense of Business propriety and management skills has enabled the company to carve a niche in the field of Civil Construction closely associated with Industrial segments, IT parks, and residential projects.
“Devanand” specializes in constructing Mass Civil Structures, Interiors, Elevations, Designing and Contracts, Acid Proof Lining, Epoxy, Politech and Polyurine flooring and we are specialized providing solutions in civil structurals. From institutional and commercial buildings to factories, industrial buildings to residential constructions – “Devanand” has a varied experience both in terms of types of construction undertaken as well as the size of the projects.
